Welcome to Lectio. By using our service, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
Lectio is a study aid tool. It transcribes your audio files and generates structured notes. Although our AI is highly capable, transcription or interpretation errors may occur. The user remains solely responsible for verifying the pedagogical accuracy of the generated documents before using them for their studies.
2. Intellectual Property
The user guarantees they have the right to record and use the audio content submitted to Lectio. Lectio declines all responsibility for the unauthorized recording of classes, lectures, or meetings.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Lectio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Lectio offers free plans and paid Premium subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe, our payment partner, to charge your chosen payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lectio without notice in case of a violation of these terms or abusive use (uploading illegal content, hacking attempts).
